1. Your responsibility
You are responsible for all content, campaigns, audiences, data, targeting, offers, claims, pages, lead magnets, follow-up, integrations, tracking, notices, consents, and users associated with your account.
You must use Aballel lawfully, honestly, and in compliance with platform rules, advertising rules, privacy obligations, industry obligations, and your contracts with customers, vendors, and third-party services.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Aballel for any of the following:
Illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity. Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, predatory, unfair, abusive, exploitative, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or harmful practices.
Spam and unlawful messaging. Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, list bombing, deceptive sender identity, misleading subject lines, missing unsubscribe mechanisms, failure to honor opt-outs, unlawful SMS/calls, or use of purchased, harvested, scraped, or improperly obtained lists.
Phishing, malware, and security abuse. Credential phishing, malware, ransomware, malicious code, bot activity, scraping, credential stuffing, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, monitoring, security, consent, or access controls.
Platform evasion. Cloaking, redirect manipulation, prohibited tracking, ad-platform evasion, ban evasion, account farming, deceptive landing pages, hidden content, or attempts to circumvent ad network, email provider, browser, app store, marketplace, CRM, or social platform policies.
Infringing or unlawful content. Content that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
Hateful, exploitative, or violent content. Hateful, sexually abusive, exploitative, violent extremist, terrorist, unlawfully discriminatory, or harassment-based content or campaigns.
Fake reviews or deceptive endorsements. Fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, undisclosed incentivized endorsements, manipulated review sentiment, AI-generated consumer reviews presented as real consumer experiences, or suppression of genuine negative reviews in a misleading way.
Regulated or high-risk claims without compliance. Health, medical, supplement, weight-loss, financial, investment, tax, legal, employment, housing, insurance, lending, credit, debt, education, political, age-restricted, environmental, or other regulated claims without required substantiation, licenses, notices, consents, disclosures, and professional review.
Restricted data. Collection or processing of sensitive personal information, protected health information, payment card data, government identifiers, financial account numbers, biometric data, precise geolocation, children's data, or other regulated data unless expressly authorized in writing by Aballel and lawful for your use case.
Discriminatory targeting or profiling. Unlawful discrimination, exclusion, targeting, profiling, or automated decision-making related to protected classes, housing, employment, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, public accommodations, or other protected contexts.
Unverified professional advice. Using Outputs as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, tax, compliance, advertising-clearance, or other professional judgment.
Misuse of Aballel. Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, reselling, benchmarking, attacking, interfering with, or using Aballel to build or train a competing product except as expressly authorized.
3. Campaign and platform compliance
You must comply with all applicable ad network, email, SMS, CRM, analytics, browser, app store, marketplace, social platform, payment processor, and hosting policies.
You are responsible for claims, targeting, opt-ins, unsubscribe rights, suppression lists, disclosures, testimonial and endorsement compliance, privacy notices, cookie notices, consent records, attribution settings, age gates, and honoring End-User choices.
You must promptly remove, disable, or correct campaigns, Hosted Assets, integrations, or data practices that become unlawful, misleading, noncompliant, or inconsistent with platform policies.
4. Data practices
You must not submit data to Aballel unless you have all required rights, consents, notices, permissions, and lawful bases. You must not use Aballel to collect data from End Users through deception, coercion, dark patterns, hidden tracking, or unlawful consent flows.
You must honor End-User choices, including unsubscribe requests, revocation of consent, opt-out preference signals, do-not-sell/share requests, cookie choices, and other legally required privacy rights where applicable.
5. AI-specific rules
You may not use Aballel or Outputs to impersonate a person without authorization, mislead people about material facts, fabricate evidence, create fake reviews, generate unlawful advice, evade compliance review, or make claims you cannot substantiate.
You must review AI Outputs before publication or use. You are responsible for human review, fact-checking, substantiation, disclosures, and compliance approvals.
6. Enforcement
Aballel may investigate, block, remove, suspend, throttle, restrict, report, or terminate content, campaigns, integrations, users, Hosted Assets, Customer Data, or accounts that Aballel believes violate this policy or create legal, platform, security, operational, reputational, vendor, deliverability, or user-harm risk.
Aballel may act without advance notice where prompt action is appropriate. Aballel is not liable for losses resulting from enforcement decisions made in good faith.
7. Reporting abuse
Report abuse to zack@aballel.com. Include relevant URLs, account details, screenshots, timestamps, message headers where applicable, and a description of the issue.
