Last updated: May 11, 2026. This DMCA Policy explains how Aballel receives, evaluates, and responds to copyright notices and counter-notices involving content hosted or displayed through the Services.

Copyright contact. Send copyright notices to zack@aballel.com with enough detail for us to identify the work, locate the material, and contact you about the request.

1. Copyright complaints

If you believe content hosted or displayed through Aballel infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright contact with the information listed below. Aballel may remove or disable access to material alleged to be infringing and may notify the customer or user who provided the material.

2. Notice requirements

Your notice should include:

  • your physical or electronic signature or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for Aballel to locate it, such as URLs, account information, screenshots, or campaign identifiers;
  • your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

3. Counter-notices

If material was removed or disabled and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice containing:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the removed or disabled material and where it appeared before removal;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
  • consent to the jurisdiction required by the DMCA and agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

Aballel may forward counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore material if permitted by law.

4. Repeat infringers and other intellectual-property concerns

Aballel may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or accounts that create copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property risk.

Aballel may consider the number, severity, credibility, and context of notices, counter-notices, removals, restored materials, user behavior, and other infringement signals when applying this policy.

Trademark, publicity-right, privacy, and similar complaints may also be sent to zack@aballel.com. Aballel may evaluate those complaints at its discretion but is not obligated to resolve private disputes between third parties.

5. Misrepresentations

Submitting false, abusive, or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may result in legal consequences and termination of access to Aballel. Aballel may reject incomplete or abusive notices.
