Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 11, 2026. This Cookie Policy explains how Aballel uses cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies across our websites, software, hosted pages, campaign tools, and related services.

Your choices. You can manage cookies through browser settings, consent controls when shown, recognized browser opt-out signals where supported, unsubscribe links for marketing email, workspace integration settings, and requests sent to zack@aballel.com.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies help websites and applications remember information, secure sessions, measure activity, understand performance, personalize experiences, and support advertising or attribution.

2. Technologies we may use

Essential technologies. Authentication, session management, account security, fraud prevention, CSRF protection, load balancing, checkout integrity, routing, and service operation.

Preference technologies. Remembering settings, interface choices, workspace context, dismissed notices, saved form state, and similar preferences.

Analytics technologies. Product usage, page performance, campaign measurement, debugging, diagnostics, aggregate reporting, error detection, and service improvement.

Marketing and advertising technologies. Measuring Aballel marketing pages, attribution, retargeting, conversion events, campaign performance, and ad effectiveness where enabled and legally permitted.

Customer-enabled technologies. Pixels, tags, cookies, webhooks, scripts, and integrations that customers choose to enable for their own campaigns, hosted pages, ad accounts, analytics tools, CRMs, email tools, or other platforms.

3. Consent and choices

Where required, non-essential analytics, marketing pixels, advertising technologies, or similar tools are gated by consent or another legally valid basis.

Browser controls may allow you to block or delete cookies, but essential service functionality may not work without some technologies. You can use consent controls where offered, browser settings, platform-level opt-outs, recognized browser opt-out signals, or email zack@aballel.com for help.

Where legally required and technically feasible, Aballel honors recognized browser opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for Aballel-controlled websites. Customer-controlled Hosted Assets may require separate customer configuration and customer responsibility.

4. Sale, sharing, and customer integrations

Aballel does not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through Aballel-owned marketing pixels unless legally permitted and subject to required choices.

Customer-controlled integrations may send Customer Data to the customer's selected ad platforms, analytics tools, CRMs, email tools, SMS tools, or other services at the customer's direction. Customers are responsible for configuring those technologies lawfully and providing required notices, consents, and opt-outs.

5. Third-party technologies

Third parties may set or read cookies and similar technologies when they provide analytics, payment, hosting, advertising, CRM, AI, customer support, security, messaging, or integration services. Their use may be governed by their own policies.
