Subscription Terms

Last updated: May 11, 2026. These Subscription Terms supplement the Aballel Terms of Service and govern paid plans, renewals, cancellations, usage limits, credits, and billing for Aballel.

Billing summary. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in a written order, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewals through billing settings where available or by contacting zack@aballel.com.

1. Paid access

Subscriptions, launch packages, AI credits, usage allowances, add-ons, support, services, implementation help, office hours, promotional benefits, and other paid access are provided according to the plan, checkout page, order form, written offer, or written agreement presented at purchase.

Features, limits, vendors, models, templates, integrations, and availability may vary by plan and may change over time.

2. Orders and authority

By purchasing a subscription, entering payment information, approving an order, or allowing an Authorized User to do so, you represent that you are authorized to bind the account owner and that the account owner is responsible for all fees, taxes, overages, usage charges, and other amounts incurred.

3. Billing and automatic renewal

Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in a written order, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You authorize Aballel and its payment processors to charge payment methods on file for recurring fees, taxes, usage charges, add-ons, overages, plan changes, collection costs, and other amounts due.

We will present the plan price, billing period, renewal cadence, and material purchase terms during checkout or in a written order. If we materially change recurring subscription pricing for an active paid subscription, we will provide notice before the change takes effect as required by law or the applicable plan terms.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals through billing settings where available or by contacting zack@aballel.com. We may require reasonable account verification before changing or canceling a subscription.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already charged unless the applicable checkout terms, written offer, or law require otherwise. Access may continue through the paid period unless the plan, order, or termination circumstances state otherwise.

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, payment provider, app store, or reseller, you may need to cancel through that provider's account or billing controls.

5. Refunds and credits

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a written offer signed or posted by Aballel for the applicable purchase. Aballel may issue refunds, credits, or concessions at its discretion, but doing so once does not require Aballel to do so again.

Credits, bonuses, guarantees, promotional discounts, AI credits, implementation help, office hours, launch benefits, and similar benefits are not cash equivalents, may expire, are not transferable, and may be conditioned on eligibility, account status, required setup, qualifying usage, timely cooperation, and compliance with Aballel terms.

6. Trials and promotions

Trials, promotional prices, free periods, discounts, bonuses, setup help, credits, and limited-time offers are governed by the offer terms presented when you enroll.

Unless an offer states otherwise, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the disclosed price when the trial ends, and promotional pricing may convert to the then-current plan price after the promotional period.

Aballel may modify, revoke, or limit promotions for abuse, mistake, eligibility failure, payment failure, or violation of terms.

7. Usage limits and AI costs

Plans may include usage limits, AI credit limits, fair-use limits, token limits, storage limits, page limits, campaign limits, seat limits, visitor limits, contact limits, email limits, rate limits, integration limits, bandwidth limits, or other restrictions.

Aballel may measure usage through its systems and vendor records. Aballel may throttle, pause, restrict, queue, downgrade, archive, or charge for excess usage. If underlying AI, hosting, messaging, storage, vendor, compliance, or infrastructure costs materially increase, Aballel may adjust included usage, credits, limits, or pricing prospectively as permitted by law and plan terms.

Unused credits, usage allowances, bonuses, and included services do not roll over unless the applicable plan expressly says they do.

8. Plan changes

Upgrades may take effect immediately, and Aballel may charge prorated or full-period fees according to the checkout or order terms. Downgrades may take effect at the next renewal unless Aballel allows earlier changes.

Downgrading may reduce features, credits, usage limits, retention, support, integrations, hosted assets, or access. You are responsible for exporting or adjusting Customer Data before downgrading if the lower plan does not support the same features or capacity.

9. Failed payments

If payment fails, Aballel may retry charges, contact you, assess late fees where allowed, suspend access, downgrade features, disable campaigns, pause hosted assets, stop sending emails or workflows, archive or delete data according to retention practices, or terminate the subscription.

You remain responsible for unpaid amounts, taxes, chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees associated with collection where permitted by law.

10. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for sales, use, VAT, GST, withholding, and similar taxes, duties, and governmental charges, excluding taxes based on Aballel's net income. If you are required to withhold tax, you must gross up payments so Aballel receives the full amount owed unless prohibited by law.

11. Chargebacks and disputes

You must contact Aballel promptly at zack@aballel.com to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Aballel may suspend or terminate accounts associated with disputed or reversed charges and may require payment of outstanding amounts and chargeback fees before restoring access.

12. No business outcome guarantee

Subscriptions purchase access to software, workflows, AI-assisted Outputs, hosting, support, and related services. They do not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, sales, ad approval, deliverability, ranking, retention, conversion, or any specific business result.

Any specific guarantee must be written in the offer terms that accompany the purchase and will be interpreted narrowly. Unless a written guarantee states otherwise, your exclusive remedy for a guarantee is the specific credit or benefit described in that guarantee.

13. Subscription changes

Aballel may change plan features, usage allowances, credit bundles, vendors, models, limits, included services, and prices prospectively. For active paid subscriptions, material pricing changes apply at the next renewal or after notice when required by law or plan terms.
